We’re excited to announce that our MIDI drum loops are now fully mapped for Groove Agent 5 by Steinberg. These new files have been added to all existing products.
Finding the Files
Single packs: Look for the folder ending in "GA5" in the "Other MIDI Mappings" folder of your download.
Mega Pack: Look for the zip file named "Mega Pack GA5" in the "Other MIDI Mappings" folder of your download.
Download Area
Customers can re-download their purchases anytime from our download area: https://edl.groovemonkee.com/login
IMPORTANT: You must create your own Download Area password. See instructions at the site.
Compatibility
The loops are compatible with the following Groove Agent kits:
- SE Studio Kits (21 kits)
- The Kit SE (11 kits)
For other add-on kits, we recommend trying our General MIDI loops. This specifically includes:
- Allen Morgan kits
- SE Kits (“Beat Agent”)
- Production Grooves
- Laser Beams
- Rock Pop Toolkit
Please note, compatibility with every Groove Agent kit cannot be guaranteed because Steinberg does not follow a consistent kit mapping scheme.
