Here's a list of common questions about user accounts.

Why can't I login?

This indicates you don't have a web shop account. This happens if:

1. An existing customer (before June 2014) didn't activate their account on our new site. Please register or contact support.

2. A customer has previously checked out as guest and did not create an account.

Why are accounts now required?

We no longer allow "guest checkouts" because it caused too much confusion. Too many customers checked out as a guest and then could not login at a later date. Having everyone register eliminates all of this confusion.

How can I change my email or password?

There is a password reset link on the login page. 

Why can't I register on your site?

Please contact support at groovemonkee.com and we'll assist you.

How do I download previous purchases?

Even without a web shop account, you can still download your previous purchases at:

Support Menu -> Legacy Accounts

How do I access the legacy area?

1. Passwords for previous account holders should still work. If not, please use the legacy password reset. 

2. All others should use the legacy area password reset to get a temporary password.

Note: temporary passwords expire in 30 minutes.
