This indicates you don't have a web shop account. This happens if:
1. An Existing customer (before June 2014) didn't activate their new account
2. A customer checked out as guest

This happens if you've checked out as a guest. Please request an account activation or continue to check out as a guest.
How do I download previous purchases?
You may download previous purchases at:
Support Menu -> Legacy Accounts
There's a password reset and we can reset your password, if necessary.
