Yes, our MIDI loops work with Addictive Drums 1 and 2! We've supported Addictive Drums from the very beginning. Here's some information about compatibility, installation and general support.

Our MIDI Loop Collection For Addictive Drums

All of our MIDI packs are 100% compatible with Addictive Drums versions 1 and 2. We have a large collection spanning most major genres, played by professional drummers.

We also have some huge, money-saving bundles.

Note: Afro-Cuban percussion is not compatible with AD. It requires Battery 3.

Detailed Addictive Drums Mapping

Our loops are recorded with detailed hi-hats like shank hits, tip hits and various open hats so you get the full capabilities of Addictive Drums.

We do NOT record our drummers in General MIDI! Instead, we convert the recordings to the General MIDI mapping.

Usage in Addictive Drums

Our MIDI loops are mapped to match Addictive Drums EXACTLY. And you can preview the grooves in the Addictive Drums Beats Browser.

Addictive Drums Installation

Our PC installers now support Addictive Drums 2. Both Mac and PC installers support version 1.
