All Groove Monkee products, including MIDI files, audio files, and audio demos, remain the intellectual property of Groove Monkee. The license grants you the right to use the MIDI files in both commercial and non-commercial musical compositions. 

Prohibited Uses: 
- The contents of this product may not be used to create or contribute to any competitive product, including but not limited to drum loops or bass loops in any format.  
- These contents may not be incorporated as drum loops or bass loops in any applications, whether mobile or otherwise.  

Restrictions:  
Copying, lending, duplicating, reselling, renting, uploading, file sharing, or unauthorized trading of this product or its contents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under international copyright law.
