Major Update for Our World Beats MIDI Pack!
We're pleased to announce a major update for our World Beats MIDI Pack! On November 21st, we added a PBF file for Beat Buddy featuring 35 new and authentic songs.
These songs cover a wide variety of styles and make extensive use of the Latin kit with congas, bongos, shakers and more for a rich, vibrant sound.
We've also updated the Producer Pack and Mega Pack bundles to include the latest version of World Beats.
Important: Beat Buddy Users Only
Please note that this update only applies to Beat Buddy users. The underlying MIDI files are specifically mapped to work with the new version of the Latin kit.Â
How to Download the Update
If you've already purchased the World Beats pack or one of the bundles, you can download the updated version from our dedicated download area.
Note: You'll need to create a password using the "forgot password" link if you haven't logged in before.
Important: Latin Kit Compatibility
Please keep in mind that these songs require the current Beat Buddy Latin kit. Changing the kit may result in losing the percussion parts, and many of the songs feature percussion exclusively.
Also, these songs are not compatible with the original Beat Buddy Latin kit. If you're still using the older kit, you'll see an asterisk next to the kit name. To get the latest version of the standard Beat Buddy content—including newer kits—please visit the Singular Sound website.
