IMPORTANT: If you haven't manually created a password for your download account yet, please use the Download Area's "forgot password" link to get a temporary password. After logging in, please create a permanent password.

Q: Why do I have to create a password at the download site?
A: New users are added to the download area without passwords.
Q: Why isn't my web shop password automatically transferred to the download site?
A: Your web shop password is securely stored and encrypted by our e-commerce provider, Shopify. We have no access to your Shopify password.
Q: Why can't I download products from your web shop?
A: Unfortunately, Shopify doesn't offer this feature. We built a separate site to provide our customers with permanent download access.
Q: What if I don't have an account and checked out as a guest?
A: You'll still be added to the download area when you place your first order.Â
Q: Can I download the free packs I ordered in the past.
A: Not at this time, sorry.
